First attempt of action plan for SAB 2024

This group assignment focus on developing capacities of the SAB members to craft an action plan for fostering the successful implementation of the SAB recommendations  within the Technical and Vocational Education and Training sector .

Objectives:

Identify key stakeholders involved in TVET sector.

Develop an action plan with concrete steps to motivate stakeholders to upgrade the TVET system. 

The group is asked to:

1. Analyze the situation: 

Brainstorm and list all the relevant stakeholders involved in TVET and SAB implementation in Lebanon. This may include government bodies, educational institutions, accreditation bodies, industry representatives, and student organizations….

You can rely on your previous work in module 1 and 2.

2. For each stakeholder group, identify their:

*Roles and responsibilities

*Interests SAB TVET

* Resources they can bring

3. Analyze the current situation of the team Technical School:

*Develop an action plan to involve those stakeholders in the School Advisory Board activities in an efficient way.
