You are a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for Technical and Vocational Education and Training in South Lebanon. Your region is declared a war zone. The technical institutions are closed.
The SAB needs to advise the authority on how to address the situation under the war circumstances effectively so students could continue their curriculum for the year 2024.
This requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges specific to the actual context of Lebanon.

في كثير من الاختصاصات في التعليم المهني , قد يتاح للطلاب مستوى تدريب خارج المعهد افضل من باقي المناطقنأخذ مثلاً طلاب ميكانيك السيارات يتدربون في المدينة حيث شركات الكبرى للسيارات لديها مراكز متطورة للصيانة وحديثة , بينما زملاؤهم في المناطق البعيدة عن المدن يكون التدريب ضعيفاً وبالتالي كفايات الطلاب تكون مختلفة ولنفس الشهادة ,مع العلم بان المناطق البعيدة فيها سيارات حديثة وتحتاج للصانة .هنا نطرح السؤال: ما هي مهمة المجلس الاستشاري للمعهد ازاء هذه القضية ؟برايك ماذا تقترح لتقليل الفوارق بالكفايات بين طلاب نفس الشهادة الموزعين بين المدن والمناطق البعيدة عنها ؟

تفعيل الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص
كونك عضو مجلس استشاري في معهد مهني، طُلب منك إبرام عقد شراكة ، ما هي برأيك أهم النقاط التي يجب أن يتضمنها هذا العقد؟ ضمّن هذا العقد خمسة بنود تراها جيدة لاستدامة تلك الشراكة وتعزيزها بما يضمن النجاح والفائدة لكلا القطاعين.
